Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Being a therapist means holding space for others, navigating complex clinical situations, and continuously learning how to show up in the therapeutic relationship. But who holds space for the clinician?

At More Than Enough Integrative Therapy, supervision and consultation are grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and professional growth. My approach integrates trauma-focused, attachment-informed, and relational perspectives to help clinicians strengthen their clinical skills while developing confidence in their own therapeutic voice.

I believe good supervision goes beyond discussing cases. It's an opportunity to explore clinical decision-making, recognize personal and professional patterns, challenge assumptions, and develop a deeper understanding of the work we do.

Supporting the Therapist

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, reflective, and integrative. I encourage clinicians to think beyond diagnoses and symptoms by considering the client's history, relationships, attachment experiences, cultural identity, and broader environment.

Together, we may explore:

  • Clinical formulation: Understanding the deeper context behind presenting concerns, symptoms, and recurring patterns.

  • Trauma-informed care: Recognizing how trauma and attachment experiences influence treatment, emotional regulation, and the therapeutic relationship.

  • Integrative interventions: Exploring how different therapeutic modalities can be incorporated based on each client's needs.

  • Relational dynamics: Understanding boundaries, therapeutic alliance, countertransference, and the clinician's role in the therapeutic process.

  • Clinical confidence: Strengthening assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making.

  • Professional identity: Developing your own therapeutic voice, navigating challenges, and identifying areas for continued growth.

Our Approach

Supervision & Consultation Options:

Individual Supervision

One-on-one supervision offering a personalized space to discuss clinical cases, strengthen clinical reasoning, explore therapeutic interventions, and address professional development goals. Sessions are tailored to your experience, learning needs, and areas of clinical interest.

Small-Group Peer Supervision

Small-group supervision provides an opportunity to learn alongside other clinicians in a supportive, collaborative environment. Through case discussions, shared perspectives, and reflective dialogue, clinicians can expand their clinical thinking, gain new insights, and feel less isolated in the work.

Clinical Consultation

Consultation is available for clinicians seeking additional perspective on challenging cases, treatment approaches, trauma-informed interventions, relational dynamics, or clinical decision-making. It offers a collaborative space to think through clinical questions and explore alternative ways of approaching treatment.

Let's Grow Together

You don't have to have every answer to be a good therapist. Clinical growth comes from remaining curious, being open to reflection, and recognizing that we are continually evolving in our work.

My goal is to create a supervision and consultation space where clinicians feel supported, thoughtfully challenged, and encouraged to develop their own approach to meaningful clinical work.

Because supporting the people who support others matters, too.
